Going Beyond Customer Service.

I ordered a number of Coronation coins from All Gold, all were delivered in good time & condition, except for the £5 gold proof. It had a few scratches on the reverse, an issue that wasn't the fault of All Gold, but The Royal Mint. Clive at All Gold managed to source another coin when I thought there were no more around & exchanged my blemished one for a perfect replacement. He & All Gold went beyond great customer service.
