Delivery & Order InformationWe will post worldwide for UK deliveries we use the Royal mail's special delivery service, and for worldwide deliveries we use Royal mail's International signed for or Airsure service.
We are happy for customers to arrange their own delivery method, however this will be at your own risk. We have additional insurance to cover items up to maximum of £10,000 per parcel worldwide. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery in UK and 14-28 days worldwide.
Buyers should also be aware that although all items are insured if a parcel is lost the Royal Mail will not start a search before 30 days and a subsequent trace can take a further 6 weeks, and for overseas 3 months. When making a purchase all buyers have the option of another service but this will be more expensive, when purchasing from Allgold you agree to these terms.

Overseas Buyers: Customs
Please note that if outside the UK some countries restrict the import or charge import taxes on items such as silver and gold. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that items are allowed to be imported and the paying any required customs charges where applicable.

Proof of Identity.
We reserve the right to ask customers to provide proof of identity, where the card authorising system shows a potential risk of fraud, whether or not the initial payment was successful. We may choose to return any payment we are not confident came from the authorised payee.
We accept returns up to 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but still be able to exchange your item, once outside this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bullion purchases are exempt from being returned due to fluctuation in market price of the base metal.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Please note that refunds and cancellations maybe subject to a fee to cover initial site and card handling fees. A full refund refers to the amount we received after these processing costs. These are typically between 2% - 4.5% depending on original payment method used.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
