The King’s bare head to right. At the base of the truncation the letters W W incuse, WITHOUT stops, standing for William Wyon. First bust ear top rounded with nose pointing towards 2nd 'N' in BRITANNIAR
The Ensigns Armorial of the United Kingdom within a shield surmounted by a crown, in the centre a smaller shield containing the Hanoverian Arms, 'ANNO' and date below shield.
One of the best surviving examples of the (R5) first bust 1831 W W with NO STOP's. Practically AS Struck.
