How the Process Works

- Step 2: If posting items, send them to us for a full valuation (details below).
- Step 3: We assess and make an offer based on the metal price and market conditions on the day your items arrive.
- Step 4: You choose whether to accept. There is no obligation to proceed.
We are happy to provide a guide valuation over the phone or by email, however the final price can only be confirmed once the items are physically received and assessed.
How We Value Collectable Coins
Many coins carry a premium above metal value. Sovereigns, proof coins, limited issues, and other numismatic pieces are valued individually based on rarity, condition, and current collector demand — not simply on melt value alone.
What You Will Receive
We aim to offer strong and realistic returns, often significantly higher than heavily advertised “cash for gold” companies. In most cases, we aim to pay a minimum of 80% of intrinsic metal value. This can vary slightly depending on the quantity and value of items, as smaller low-value items can incur disproportionate insured postage and handling costs.
