2020 The Great Engravers 'William Wyon' The Three Graces Ten Ounce Silver Piedfort Proof : Cert No 008
Following on from the release last month of the latest in the Great Engravers series, William Wyon's masterpiece 'The Three Graces' all sold out at the Royal Mint within minutes. This special 10oz (Ten Ounce) Silver Piedfort edition, limited to just 175 pieces was not available to the general public. The Royal Mint sold these to individuals on an invitation basis only, and as you would expect all coins were snapped up very quickly. This was an extremely difficult coin for us to source so you won't be surprised to hear we have just one available, it is also a very low numbered certificate, this is coin #008.
All coins in the collection now command prices up to ten times their original release price.

2021 Queen Elizabeth II Premium Britannia 999.9 Two-Ounce Gold Proof Coin (One Available Only).
Just 220 struck of the 2oz Premium Proof £200 coin and as with the rest of the 2021 Gold Britannia issues sold out immediately upon launch by the Royal Mint. We have managed to secure just one of these illusive coins.
The image of Britannia has a long and storied numismatic history that dates all the way back to c. AD 119. While she disappeared from coinage for more than a thousand years following the fall of the Roman Empire, Britannia has featured on the coins of every British monarch since returning to coinage in 1672. Her strong and noble image has come to personify the spirit of a nation and remains a patriotic symbol to this very day.
2021 Queen Elizabeth II 95th Birthday of HM the Queen Gold Proof series.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her 95th birthday on 21st April 2021, she will become the first reigning monarch to reach the landmark. To mark this momentous occasion the Royal Mint have commissioned a new series of coins. The Timothy Noad designed reverse features an elegant floral arrangement with the legend '1926 - 2021 - We My Heart and Devotion' a reference to the Christmas Speech made by Her Majesty in 1957, the first to be televised and shown on Christmas Day starting a tradition which continues to this day. The gold editions in the series range from the massive 1 kilo coin of which only 15 have been struck, as well as 5oz (issue 150), 2oz (issue 200), £5 piece (655) and quarter once proof versions with just 950 being issued.
2020 The Great Engravers 'William Wyon' The Three Graces!
The long awaited and most anticipated coins of the year, and part of the great engravers collection from the Royal Mint, 'The Three Graces' Gold and Silver Proof coins. Released on 22nd February 2021 at 9am, every single version from the 3500 stuck 2oz silver to the 5oz gold offering sold out almost instantly with none left at all within a couple of minutes. Many potential purchases were left empty handed and disappointed. The wonderful Three Graces coins partner the 2019 release of the first in the collection, that of Una and the Lion, another of William Wyon's masterpiece's, and as with the Three Graces immensely sought after. All coins in the collection now command prices up to ten times their original release prices.
2021 50th Anniv of Decimal Day Gold Proof 50p Coin (Strike on the Day)
This coin was struck on 15th February 2021 and features selected frosting, which enhances details within the design. The coin comes with a certificate signed by Gavin Elliott, Head of Production, Commemorative Coin, which confirms the date the coin was struck. (Issue limit just 700)

The Royal Mint is excited to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Mr. Men Little Miss with a three-coin series dedicated to Roger Hargreaves’ beloved collection of colourful characters. Featuring Mr. Happy, Mr. Strong, Little Miss Giggles and Little Miss Sunshine.
The first coin in the series features Mr Happy, one of the original characters created by author Roger Hargreaves, the 3 coin series reverse designs come from the illustration's of Rogers son Alan Hargreaves..
2021 Queen Elizabeth II The Griffin of Edward III (500 - Issue Limit - Royal Mint SOLD in Minutes)
The 10th and final coin in the series is, The griffin of Edward III Queen's Beast is an ancient mythical beast. It was considered a beneficent creature, signifying courage and strength combined with guardianship, vigilance, swiftness and keen vision. It was closely associated with Edward III who engraved it on his private seal. The shield shows the Round Tower of Windsor Castle (where Edward III was born) with the Royal Standard flying from the turret, enclosed by two branches of oak surmounted by the royal crown.
2020 Music Legends 'David Bowie' 2oz 999.9 Gold Proof Coin (ONLY ONE AVAILABLE)!
We have been able to secure just one piece of the highly sought after and 'sold out' David Bowie 2oz gold proof version. One of just 100 struck for worldwide distribution. The 2oz version was originally due to be released on Bowie's birthday 8th January following on from the hugely successful and also sold out 1oz version. COVID delays meant the official release date became 23rd January 2021. This coin is unlikely to go on general sale on our website, but we do invite interested parties to contact us directly. The 2oz design differs slightly from the previously issued coins, the lightning bolt appears laced with stardust to create a glitter effect.
2021 50th Anniv of Decimal Day Gold Proof 50p Coin (450 - Issue Limit)
15th February 1971 was Decimal Day, and 50 years later, we celebrate the 50th Anniversary with a new 50p commemorative coin that brings the old to mind, carefully selected pre-decimal coins, and sets that bring a sense of nostalgia to the occasion. All are presented in specially designed packaging, giving a unique perspective of decimalisation.

The 250th Anniversary of Scottish historical novelist, poet, playwright, and historian Sir Walter Scott is celebrated with the release of a new £2 coin, and the same honour is bestowed upon English Science Fiction novelist H.G Wells. A new £2 by Royal Mint competition winner Chris Costello, depicting a contemporary design of a Martian machine from the famous novel War of the Worlds. The 4 legged depiction has received some comment in the press as it should be noted that the original machines had either 3 legs or 5,
Another new release 50p we are able to show you is to mark the 75th anniversary of the death of Television inventor and pioneer John Logie Baird. Born and raised in Scotland, he would later move to Hastings on the English south coast, known today as the birth place of Television.

2021 Proof Sovereign 5 Coin Set includes the unique full sovereign with a crown below ground line celebrating Her Majesty's 95th Birthday in 2021. Along with this special mark, the sovereign has been struck with just 95 grain mills, compared to the normal 108. This is the only time the milling has been changed since the finer milling of the 1957 sovereign which contained 168 grain mills.

2021 Queen Elizabeth II The White Greyhound of Richmond (9th in the 11 coin series)
The 9th and penultimate coin in the series is the, The White Greyhound of Richmond was a badge of John of Gaunt, Earl of Richmond, son of Edward III. It was also used by Henry IV and by Henry VII. The Tudor double rose can be seen on the shield, one rose within another surmounted by a crown. It symbolises the union of two of the cadet houses of the Plantagenet - York and Lancaster.
